their claims on highly desirable terms.
• Defended a major telecommunications company against trade secrets theft
allegations by a former contractor.
• Obtained injunctive relief freezing the assets of a hedge fund that had
defrauded her client, a charitable institution.
• Represented a bio-sciences company in licensing dispute with a multi-level
marketing business.
• Obtained a jury verdict for a personal injury client, including general damages
that exceeded economic damages.
