Jennifer represents individuals and companies in a diverse range of civil matters, including commercial litigation, labor and employment disputes, and civil rights cases against government entities. She has extensive experience with every stage of litigation, from case evaluation, discovery, pre-trial motions, trial preparation, and appeals in federal and state courts.
During law school, Jennifer served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Marilyn Hall Patel of the United States District Court, Northern District of California, and was the editor-in-chief of the Asian American Law Journal. Jennifer previously worked with the firm as a law clerk.
