Greg’s breadth of experience as a civil and criminal trial attorney and Superior Court Judge allows him to represent clients in virtually every area of the law. While on the Superior Court he presided over more than one thousand trials in civil, criminal, family, and probate cases, and resolved thousands of pretrial motions, applications, and petitions. Prominent civil trials involved disputes over trade secret theft, the infliction of serious personal injury, breach of contract, wrongful termination of employment and discrimination, and government seizure of private property. As a civil litigator prior to his appointment to the bench he focused on business and intellectual property litigation, and as a federal prosecutor he headed the San Jose branch of the U. S. Attorney’s Office. His knowledge of the law and the court system allows him to offer clients a unique and invaluable perspective on their litigation needs.
