Her litigation and trial experience is just as diverse, working on varied cases including complex intellectual property disputes, securities fraud claims, and personal injury cases.

  • Named to the Northern California Super Lawyers – Rising Stars, 2009, 2010, and 2011.
  • Recipient of the YWCA of Silicon Valley’s Tribute to Women TWIN Award.
  • Served as law clerk for The Hon. Nancy F. Atlas, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas, 2002-2003.

Representative Matters

  • Represented hard disk drive manufacturer in an action against a guarantor of the manufacturer’s former largest distributor, which alleged cross-claims of trade secret misappropriation and defamation. The case settled on confidential terms, including a stipulated judgment in client’s favor.
  • Represented a partner in a real estate partnership in dissolution and partition proceedings.
  • Represented a medical research non-profit organization in a trade secrets action against a major pharmaceutical company.
  • Defeated motion to dismiss and obtained remand to state court of large, multi-plaintiff securities fraud case. As a result, clients settled claims on highly desirable terms.
  • Secured a jury verdict – granting compensation that exceeded economic damages – for a personal injury client.
