Located and obtained, on behalf of a stay-at-home mother, a decade-old, separate property reimbursement claim of approximately $77,000.

Settled a custody and visitation dispute that had been in active litigation for three (3) years, granting additional parenting time to the entrepreneur and executive father and leveraging an alternative dispute resolution mechanism to keep the parties out of court.
Professional and Community Contributions
Carrie regularly facilitates Early Neutral Evaluations through the Santa Clara County Family Court and acts as court-appointed arbitrator on the Personal Property Arbitration calendar. She is involved with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, where she participates in a mentor program.
Carrie is an active member of the Junior League of San Jose and serves as committee co-chair on the Projects Council. She has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for two foster youth through the Child Advocates volunteer program in San Mateo County since 2006. Carrie served as co-chair of the Women Lawyers Section of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and as the Local Affiliate to the California Women Lawyers state organization.
