Our Approach

client walks through our doors, the client’s case is assigned
to a McManis Faulkner team—consisting of a partner, one
or more associates, and a legal assistant/paralegal. The client
becomes an integral member of the team as well.
With this team approach, each case receives partner oversight backed by the attention of skilled associates and highly efficient staff. The appropriate work goes to the appropriate people and the client benefits from a reasonable fee structure.
Our team method also makes for more open communication. The client gets immediate and continuing feedback from one or more team members. Calls are returned, questions answered, documents organized, and information shared—all in a timely fashion.
When the team meets for case reviews, all members participate, creativity and energy flow from group strategizing, and exceptional legal service results. Thinking outside the box is critical to our success.
