Our practice is centered in Santa Clara County, the heart of Silicon Valley. Because we are well acquainted with the local courts, their judges, staff, and practices, we are able to give our clients every advantage in litigation. 

The offices of McManis Faulkner are conveniently located in downtown San Jose, California—the largest city in Northern California (larger than San Francisco 50 miles to the north), the tenth largest city in the country, and the county seat of Santa Clara County. We are within walking distance of the state and federal court buildings and within five miles of San Jose’s Norman Mineta International Airport. 

We also have experience in the other San Francisco Bay Area counties, and frequently travel to those counties to serve our clients. Many of our cases, while filed in Santa Clara County, are national in scope.
