Our Diverse Staff The MF staff, reflecting our wonderfully diverse Silicon Valley community, represents ethnicities, cultures and religions throughout the world. We employ the children of parents who emigrated to the United States from Iran, India, Egypt, and Mexico. Several members of our staff are immigrants themselves. Our firm is both staffed and managed by more women than men, highly unusual in the legal profession. Fifty-six percent of our attorneys and fifty-eight of our partners are women.
